Dr. Baxter is an interactive, insight-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to help clients effectively address personal life challenges by addressing stuck points and practicing mindfulness. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques, as well as confronting and challenging the individual when necessary to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each patient.
